Choosing the Eden as my first e-bike was definitely the right move. I’ll admit, the price was so good that I wasn’t sure if it was legit at first. So after it arrived, I actually took it to a local shop to have it checked out. The final verdict? 100% genuine. They told me Freedare is selling through this store to help grow the brand and get more riders on their bikes.

I spent almost two weeks comparing different e-bikes because I really didn’t want to waste money on something that looked cool but rode poorly. I kept coming back to the M20, mostly because of the design — it has that mini-moto look without being overly bulky.

Delivery was fast, and assembly was way easier than I thought (I am NOT handy at all). The first thing I noticed was how solid it feels. The frame doesn’t rattle, the suspension is surprisingly smooth, and the tires give you a lot of confidence on uneven pavement and cobblestone roads.

The battery life has been great so far. I’ve done a few commutes and weekend rides, and I didn’t feel range anxiety. The assist levels feel natural — not jerky like some cheaper models — and the throttle gives you that extra boost when starting or going uphill.

I also have to mention—people stop me constantly to ask what bike this is. The style is honestly a big part of why I bought it, but the performance is what makes me feel like I made the right choice.

If you’re on the fence like I was, I’ll save you the back-and-forth: this bike is worth it.

My first Ebike and I love it! I needed something to get around our hilly town just to get to the gym and back.. about a 15 minute ride.. and it’s perfect. And beautiful too. If i had one complaint it’s that brakes are quite squealy.. but that’s it. The motor is plenty strong. The build quality is great. Loving it!

So much fun and you can exercise if you want to as it has toque sensors instead of cadence sensors. So how hard you pedal determines the speed. But you can always use the thumb throttle. Shipping was quick. This is my 9th e bike and definitely a winner.

A joy to ride

Fun!!!! Love the versatility it has, going down a pathway or through rough terrain. I feel safe that my Edan will not let me down.

Everything I expect of an E-bike. Lots of power, fast acceleration, fairly good stopping distance.

Excellent overall. Robust build giving a real sense of safety while touring. The 750W motor is more than adequate for the hilly terrain I ride in here around home.
I’m hoping the whinny sound of the motor will eventually get quieter, but that said, I would encourage anyone shopping for this style of ebike to grab a Freedare.

Love my Freedare Eden. I really like the torque sensor the way it feels when riding. No lunging when you start pedaling. Very smooth ride with the front suspension fork and the 4in tires. This is my third ebike and this is the most comfortable one. Customer service has been great also.

The M20 surprised me with how far I can go on a single charge — I’ve done over 50 miles with pedal assist! The ride is comfortable, and the fat tires handle bumps really well. It’s become my go-to for both errands and weekend rides with friends. Highly recommend if you want power and range in one package.

Living in a small apartment, space is always tight. The A9 folding e-bike is perfect because it folds up neatly and fits in my closet without taking up much room. I use it to ride to the local coffee shop or the gym, and it’s so much easier than moving my car every time. Quiet, smooth, and very practical for apartment living!

Overall, the A9 is a great compact e-bike. I use it for quick rides to work and grocery runs, and the folding feature is super handy. That said, the seat isn’t the most comfortable for longer rides, so I might swap it out soon. Still, for the price, it’s hard to beat.
